Just a friendly note about the up coming tech schedule , I will come to the race track on May
22,2017 to tech cars if there will be at least six to do , I will be there from 1pm till 4:30 ish depending
on how many cars are out. Please email JIMS@EASTLINK.CA or RACE@ARMSINC.CA to let me
know your intentions.
I will also be doing tech on MAY 27,2017 from 10:00 am till 4:30 pm at the race track as well.
Annual Tech will NOT!!! be offered on race days with out prior contact for notification .
It is just to busy on race days and I am only one person.
Please find attached properly completed copies of the tech forms for examples ( no my car isn`t
coming out lol) . Look at your gear and check the dates of belts , helmets , etc. and look your car
over. If you are not confident to look at your own car get who ever preps it for you to fill the form ,it
can be completed online for the most part then just tic off the boxes and write in a few details.

Attached also are the Supps for this event the online registration forms are still being touched up
but should be completed by the first of the week. Don`t mind the math error in them. The first person
to find it gets a hamburger on me at the food cart.
You will notice some things missing from the Supps like the black flag rule for example it has been
corrected in the GCRS .
On another safety note I wad talking to my local fire extinguisher supplier Foster`s in Waterville
they think can can service just about any on board system in some way , so if you have an on board try
them they maybe able to help.
Don`t forget to get your licence paper work going so pidge isn`t walled with stuff the end of next
week it makes him grumpy .

YOUR STREET LEGAL PLATED VEHICLE-a plated street legal vehicle has an exclusion within the

automobile policy that could affect you if you injure yourself, injure another person or damage your car.

This exclusion applies to any vehicle while being used in any speed or demolition contest or in any stunting activity or in practice or preparation for any such contest or activity.

Definition of Speed Contest-a person engages in a Speed Contest when he or she uses a motor vehicle to race against another vehicle, a clock or other timing device. A TSD rally is not a speed contest.

Is it your word against your insurance company. They don’t want you on a race track and they don’t want to pay because you on a race track. In fact, they may wish to cancel your insurance.

YOUR OPTIONS:

3. Understand you at the track insurance and options.

LIABILITY:

Once you read, complete and sign the waiver and release you are included as an additional insured under the operations of the event promoter. The policy will defend you if you are named in a lawsuit from an on track or at the track incident. The event policy may not respond where the driver/vehicle operates the vehicle outside the operations of the event.

Examples of operations outside of the event are when a driver intentionally damages or causes bodily

injury with another vehicle, Bodily injury or property damage from a visitor to your pit/paddock stall or bodily injury or property damage from the use of a support vehicle such as a golf cart or UTV.

Additional Insurance is available to cover your pit/paddock operations, use of a support vehicle, excess coverage over the event insurance and other actions (not criminal) outside of the operations of the street day.

1 year Premiums start at $500 for $1,000,000.
