The 2024 Race License Application forms are now ready! Please send off this as soon as you can to the registrar so we can process your license as soon as possible.
Race License Application Form
AMP Medical Form (For MRTS) – This is required in the Race License Application package, this is NOT the ARMS Medical form.

Regarding Medicals for 2024 – we are going with a similar process as last year whereby if you are an existing race license holder from 2023, you can fill out the Medical Self Declaration form and submit that along with your license application. This self declaration form is outlined in ARMS Bulletin 1.
If you are a new racer or are returning and did not have a license in 2023, you will need to have the ARMS Medical Form filled out by a licensed practitioner. If you have problems with finding someone/somewhere to get this filled out, let me know as soon as possible.
Also, If you are getting the full Medical Form completed, please read ARMS Bulletin 2 – this has to do with the old requirement for physician’s stamps and contains instructions on what to do if your physician doesn’t have a stamp.
The National Race Task Force has formed a committee that is comprised of medical professionals from across the country that is working on a set of recommendations for how race organizations may handle medical waivers. This should be ready later on this year and while these recommendations won’t be mandatory, we may look at adopting some or all of these recommendations for the 2025 season so we don’t have to release bulletins every year and we have something a bit more solid in place in regards to medicals. We all know how hard it is to get a Doctor’s appointment to get these filled out, so we’re looking at smoothing out that process, but still satisfying what we need to have as an organizer. I appreciate your patience with this!
If you have an issue with the Medical forms, please let me know. If you have a question regarding registration, please get in touch with our Registrar, Brent!
Rule Changes
ARMS Bulletin 3 highlights some of the rule changes for 2024. All of these topics stem from things that were brought up at the Nov 2023 Race workshop, so please go over this bulletin and let me know if you have any questions.
Possible April Test and Tune
As some of you may know, AMP has spent a significant amount of money on track upgrades – there was a large repaving project over the winter, as well as moving the wall back in turn 2. This work is still going on, so combined with the fact that the verges of the track will likely still be a soupy mess for a while, AMP will likely not open early enough for us to have a late April/early May test and tune.
The Supplementary Regulations for Round 1 will be released within the next few days.
As always, if you have any questions, fire me a message and I’ll do my best to help out!
