Car owners must make sure all the drivers of their vehicles are licensed, registered and have paid the appropriate fees. Unregistered drivers found to be racing will be black flagged and cannot continue until they have completed their paperwork. For a second offense there will be a $200.00 fine to the car owner.
Gate Fees: Race License includes the gate fee for the racer only; all crew members and associated personnel are required to pay the $10 admission fee at the gate.
Refunds: If a race driver/entrant has registered, and has a mechanical breakdown during practice or qualifying, a 50% refund will be issued. In the event of a race car mechanical breakdown after the driver/entrant has taken a green flag for a race, no refund will be made. If a race day cannot continue then all expenses will be paid, and any remaining money will be divided proportionally amongst entrants.
Technical Inspection
No race car will be allowed on the track until passed by the Technical Inspector. Cars may be required to re-pass technical inspection after an incident or upon request of the scrutineer.
All cars must display the annual tech decal on driver’s side of the windshield or, for open wheel cars, on the driver’s side roll bar.
Scoring
Mylaps Electronic Timing System will be used. All race cars are required to correctly install in accordance to the requirements. Transponders may be rented at registration if necessary. Only ARMS approved transponder units may be used.
Racing will be scored in one of two ways: time to complete a set number of laps, or laps per set amount of time.
Official Bulletin Board
An official bulletin board will be maintained at Registration in the Guthrie Building. Race organizers will consider this building as Race Headquarters for the event.
Insurance: ASN Canada/FIA Race Insurance.
