The 2009 ARMS AGM will be hosted by the Atlantic Kart Race Series in Summerside P.E.I on the weekend of NOV. 13-15TH 2009. The host Hotel is the Causeway Bay Linkletter Hotel. 1-800-565-7829. The room rates are $79.95 per night. The rooms are listed under ARMS so mention this when making your reservations. This is a "Pet Friendly Hotel" so if bringing your pet tell them when you make your reservations. There will be a Hospitality room set up on Friday evening so arrive early to take advantage of the Great PEI Hospitality.

The Workshops for Administration, Race; Rally; Solosport & Kart as well as the Awards Banquet will be held at the Wellness Centre at Credit Union Place which is about a 10-15 min walk from the Hotel. This facility also offers swimming as well as Bowling and other activities that those not attending the meetings may partake of. Prices for the Banquet and a menu will follow in a couple of days.

The AGM meeting will be held Sunday morning at the Linkletter hotel. Meeting start times are; Admin workshop 9:30 am and Discipline workshops at 1pm. The AGM meeting will commence at 9:30 am Sunday. A fun Casino is planned for after the Awards banquet so plan to stick around & mingle & enjoy. Taxi service from the Wellness Center to the Hotel is being formalized & more info will be given when available . Smile Here is the info on the banquet...

The Awards Banquet Meal will be a sit down served meal. It will be 3 courses with a choice of Prime Rib or Stuffed Chicken Breast plus Salad & Dessert. The price will be $35.00 for adults.
There will be a kids meal available at a cost of $15.00 per person. It will be Chicken Fingers, Fries, Coleslaw & dessert.
When you know you are attending the Banquet please e-mail the Region President using the e-mail link on the Region Web Site. We need to know what your preference for the meal is and if you will have any Kids in attendance. The age for the Kids meal will be 16 & under.

Awesome year end ARM's banquet! Had a real good time, thanks to all that put it on. Great Job ARMS!!
